    Historical orders still conflicting after backfill can re-enter manual handling; Conflict reasons display more clearly for store judgment; Existing successful receipts only write back as complete; no re-submit.

    Same-store historical order alignment is more accurate; fewer false conflict flags; Truly successfully reported documents remain protected; Already-reported documents with different business content are not wrongly overwritten.

    Historical backfill no longer deadlocks on “already has successful compliance receipt”; Business can finish syncing; existing successful proofs are not overwritten; Later retries only verify results; no re-submit.
