A regular pulls out a member card. The till asks “nine percent off or stored value?” After service, the manager checks which group the guest is in, which discount rule still applies, whether the ledger moved, and whose name a coupon redemption sits on. Open Members in the left menu (page title Member management): maintain members, groups, discounts, ledgers, and coupons here so the till can select members and redeem codes after sync. The order page only shows discounts already posted at checkout—do not recompute a coupon or member discount on this page and write it back onto the order.
Where to open
- In the manager app, open Members.
- Top actions: Refresh, Add member, Add group, Add discount, Generate coupons.
- Tabs on the page: Members, Stored-value members, Member groups, Discount rules, Stored value / points, Coupons, Redemption records.

Members, groups, and discounts
Find and edit members
- Open the Members tab.
- Search Name / phone / card no., optionally pick a Member groups filter, then Filter.
- Check group, discount ratio, stored-value balance, points balance, and Status.
- Use row edit for Edit member, or Add member: fill name, phone, card no., email, group, member discount percent, tags, then Save.
- Only after a successful save should orders reference that member. If save fails, the dialog keeps your input—fix from the on-screen message; do not assume the list already changed.
Groups and discount rules
- On Member groups, use Add group / edit to set code, name, default discount percent, points multiplier, sort order, and status, then Save.
- On Discount rules, use Add discount (edit opens the discount-rule dialog): set scope (group or a specific member), discount target, percent or fixed amount, priority, and status, then Save.
- Sanity check: member in the right group and usable; rule still enabled; conditions match what you tell guests.
Amount formatting follows settlement currency settings—change currency symbols there, not in member notes.
Matching orders
Order list/detail may show the member and the member discount already applied. This workbench maintains rules and ledgers; checkout amounts follow what the order posted.
To verify “which coupon did this table use?”:
- Open Redemption records and look for the row.
- Open the store order detail and compare payment / discount display.
- If they disagree, guest communication follows the posted order, then fix the rule or coupon back on the member side.
Full refunds, voids, and fiscal ticket checks stay with orders—see Orders and refunds.
Stored value, points, and coupons
Adjust stored value / points
- On Members (or Stored-value members), open Stored-value adjustment or Points adjustment from the row actions.
- Choose Type, enter Amount or Points, add a Note if needed, then Save.
- On Stored value / points, filter by member, click Refresh ledger, and review Stored-value ledger and Points ledger.
- On success, balance or ledger updates; on failure, keep the prior display and retry—do not assume it already changed.
Coupons
- Open Coupons; Filter by Coupon name / code; use Generate coupons for new ones.
- Fill name, code, count, offer type, usage limits, and validity as shown, then Save.
- Confirm redemptions under Redemption records; make sure the till has synced before cashiers scan codes.

You can maintain member profiles and groups, configure discount rules, review and adjust stored-value/points ledgers, and manage coupons and redemptions—then compare them with member discounts on orders.
Do not assume every sale automatically earns points or stored value, or that an external CRM syncs both ways. If the current UI has no such entry, do not promise it to guests or staff. Do not change payment methods or tax rates here, and do not calculate a coupon on this page then write it back to the order—discounts and coupons follow what checkout posted.
