Under the current Pricing page (effective 2026-09-02), the six listed core restaurant-software functions are all marked Free: they are included in the core with no separate software usage fee, and the page states that the software usage fee is HUF 0. The plugin marketplace, third-party services and hardware are not part of those six. The Download page lists Windows 10 and Linux clients, but as of 2026-10-08 the installers cannot be downloaded yet.
Is the core software usage fee HUF 0? What is included?
For the software usage fee, yes. Pricing lists these six items as Free, billed as “included in the core restaurant business software; no separate software usage fee,” and states that the software usage fee shown is HUF 0:
- Ordering and tables
- Product lookup and core pricing
- Checkout, payment and receipts
- Fiscal operations and NTAK
- Members, order center and after-sales
- Core kitchen tasks and terminal coordination
To see what each one does, open the matching feature page under Features. Tax treatment, minimum term and renewal follow the wording on the Pricing page.
Two names that are easy to mix up: “Product lookup and core pricing” on Pricing covers cashier-side lookup and pricing, while the “Inventory and menu master data” feature page covers product records in the back office. They complement each other; one is not the other under a new name.
What costs extra?
Pricing lists the Plugin marketplace as a separate fee item: it varies by plugin (some free, some paid), is billed under each plugin’s license, and excludes third-party platform fees. The page also states that third-party services and hardware are not included, and that third-party hardware, card acquiring and delivery-platform fees fall outside the free core. The feature pages likewise note that hardware and acquiring may be billed separately. For what a particular plugin costs, check that plugin’s license terms.
“Fiscal operations and NTAK” is a free core item on Pricing, meaning the related software functions carry no software usage fee. That does not make the software a statutory e-cash register (e-pénztárgép), and it does not mean automatic compliance or automatic reporting. For roles and obligations, see the regulatory FAQ and follow current official guidance and your advisors.
Can I download the client now?
Not yet. The Download page lists two clients, Windows 10 and Linux. Clicking “Download” first opens the terms, and you can only continue after ticking that you accept them; but as of 2026-10-08, neither installer’s download link works. The same page lists minimum and recommended specs for both systems, so you can check your computer against them first. For current availability, go by what the Download page shows at the time.
This is general product information, not a legal, tax or purchasing commitment. Fees and download availability may change; the Pricing and Download pages at the time take precedence. Last checked: 2026-10-08.
